The service
MockMark provides independent practice feedback aligned to publicly available music exam criteria. It is not an exam board, does not award qualifications and does not guarantee a future exam result.
Automated assessment
The service uses automated systems to analyse recordings and score pages, infer musical evidence, produce provisional marks and generate feedback. Reports show a confidence range because recordings and automated musical judgement have limits.
Children and purchasers
The purchaser must be 18 or over. Where the performer is under 18, the purchaser must be their parent, guardian or authorised teacher. Do not upload dates of birth, identity documents, addresses or unnecessary personal data.
Recordings and score files
Uploads are private and used to provide the service. Raw recordings and score files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; generated reports and minimal transaction records may be retained for customer support, accounting and repeat-take comparison. A purchaser may request earlier deletion.
Your right to upload
You confirm that you made the practice recording and have a lawful copy of any score pages submitted. Upload only the pages needed for assessment. Do not submit an official exam recording or another person's recording without permission.
Payment and cancellation
The price is shown before payment. By requesting immediate processing, you acknowledge that the service starts before the normal cancellation period ends. If processing fails and no report can be supplied, the purchaser is entitled to another processing attempt or a refund.

MockMark is not affiliated with or endorsed by ABRSM. ABRSM and related marks belong to their respective owner. References describe the public criteria the mock assessment is designed to align with.
